Before you beginning streaming, did you do the following.....

  1. Turn off your security settings? Sometimes having these enabled will prohibit you from streaming.
  2. Download the newest version of Windows Media Player? We have recently upgraded our system, so we need you to upgrade yours.

  3. Make sure Windows Media Player is set as the default device for .asf files? To do this, open WMP, go to "Tools", "Options", then click on the "File Types" tab and make sure "Windows Media File (asf)" is checked.
  4. Some Mac users have reported problems not solved by normal troubleshooting. Please e-mail nickmccabe@810whb.com if this applies to you. We are currently working with our streaming provider to solve this problem and would like to document all of our users who are having these issues.
  5. Are you streaming at the right time? Due to restrictions we are not able to stream all of our content. We currently do not stream between the hours of 10am - 2pm, Monday through Friday.
